Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items returned without a prior return request.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items that cannot be returned

Certain items are excluded from returns, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (personalized items), and personal care products (cosmetics). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also non-returnable. If you have any questions about your item, please contact us.

Reduced-price items and gift vouchers are unfortunately non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the item you have and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU
Notwithstanding the above provisions, for deliveries within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please also bring your proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@feintalkum.de.
